Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order, and you will receive a notification email when your order has shipped.
If you wish to cancel your order, you would need to do so before it is shipped. Otherwise, please request a return once you have received your order, and please refer to our return policy down below for more details and process.
Currently, we are offering FREE worldwide shipping for any orders of $50 and over. Otherwise, we use the standard shipping rates available that might vary from country to country we ship to. Also, depending on where you live, you will be responsible for the sales tax, any other import-related expenses, such as tariffs, duties, VAT, etc. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks to have your package delivered under normal circumstances, but this could be longer during the holiday season.
Please note the actual shipping time after leaving our warehouse is beyond our control and may exceed beyond the aforementioned 2-week window over various possible reasons, such as inclement weather, mishandling by the carrier, longer than expected customs clearance process, high cargo traffic volume during the holiday shopping season, etc.
Additionally, we will not be responsible for any lost and stolen packages once your order has left the warehouse. We do offer shipping insurance options at checkout, which you might want to take advantage of... just in case.
Update: Due to the ongoing logistical issues we’ve been experiencing, particularly with bulk cargo shipments via ocean freighters, we have decided to partner with one of the industry-leading fulfillment warehouses based just north of Hong Kong to maintain most of our inventory and ship each order directly to our customers worldwide from there.
With this change, we have also stopped offering expedited delivery options until further notice, and under normal circumstances, you can expect your package to arrive 1 to 2 weeks on the average, depending on where you live.
Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns and product exchanges up to 30 days after the purchase date as long as the item is unused and in its original conditions along with the packing list.

Once we approve your request, we will email you the instructions, including the return address, based on where you are shipping from.
Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping and insurance, and we can only process your request after we have the item(s) back in our possession undamaged.
Upon receiving the item and a quick inspection of its condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the original shipping cost you might have paid for. Please also note that it typically takes 2 to 4 business days before you can see the refund reflected in your account.
For a product exchange, please first kindly return the originally purchased product by following the return instructions above and then make a separate purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or any sale items, including items bought with promotional discount codes.
