Shipping policy


All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order, and you will receive a notification email when your order has shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, you would need to do so before it is shipped. However, you could instead request a return once you have received your order. Please refer to our return policy down below for more details and process. 

Currently, we are offering worldwide FREE shipping for any orders of $65 and over.

Otherwise, we use the standard/ground shipping options available that might vary from country to country we ship to. Also, depending on where you live, you will be responsible for the sales tax, any other import-related expenses, such as tariffs, duties, VAT, etc. 

Please note that the actual shipping time after leaving our warehouse is beyond our control and may exceed what was originally quoted for over various possible reasons, such as weather, mishandling by the carrier, customs clearance process, etc. And we cannot be held accountable for any theft situations, during the transit or after the tracking shows it has been delivered.
